For over 15 years Sandra has used creative business planning, with a combination of facilitation processes, coaching interventions and mentoring. Sandra supports individuals to personally grow themselves and to develop their business. With a Diploma of Facilitation she has worked in NZ, Australia, Malaysia, and Brazil enhancing team dynamics and developing operational processes and organisational culture.
